You will apply the following skills in business processes for back-office and front-office across various sectors, functional solutions for web and mobile solutions and application maintenance services. You will be responsible for: Requirement and/or functional analysis depending on needs; Flexibility to perform the role on multiple projects simultaneously; Drafting of requirements and functional documentation; Coordination of developers within the analysis area of expertise; Involvement of architects/developers for necessary checks during analysis phases; Drafting and execution of tests; Preparation of training materials for classroom or eLearning; Service Manager/support for managing application maintenance services; Tutoring activities for knowledge transfer and training junior team members; Support in preparing offers. Minimum Requirements: 4-6 years of experience; Ability to perform requirements and functional analysis; Ability to design an application logical-functional model; Ability to write minutes, conduct analysis meetings, identify the appropriate approach for the context; Ability to manage, plan, and conduct tests related to the analysis area of expertise; Ability to coordinate and provide guidance to the development team regarding the analysis area of expertise; Ability to properly plan analysis and testing activities and meet deadlines; Ability to prepare training materials for classroom and eLearning; Knowledge of tools for performing the activities described above; Basic knowledge of logical-application architectures based on modern technologies; Written and spoken English proficiency (> B2); Availability for travel to the client when necessary; Nice-to-have: PMI certification; Agile certifications (e. g. , PSM, PSPO); Aptitude for understanding technical analysis.
