Reporting to the IT Manager, you will ensure the redundancy, scalability, and security of our client infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to manage core enterprise IT systems, with an emphasis on Okta. Additionally, you will help build our automation strategy, improve processes, and enhance overall efficiency across our IT infrastructure.
You understand enterprise-level identity management solutions and help implement system and process improvements.
What you will doYou'll be the Okta expert, the go-to person for all things Okta: think user setup, security, and making sure everyone can log in smoothlyYou'll get to play with connecting different apps and services, making sure they all talk to each other nicelyYou'll help keep things secure with things like MFA and other security policiesYou'll be there to fix things that go wrong and keep the Okta system running smoothlyYou'll work with other IT and security folks to make sure everything's alignedYou'll be the expert on some main tools like Cyberehave and Carbon Black, and help the team level upYou'll use Jira to manage requests and keep things organizedYou are an advocate of seamless Apple-Windows-Linux hardware/software administration and cutting-edge automations, ensuring unparalleled user experiences and security standardsYou'll find ways to automate stuff and make life easier for everyoneYou'll look for ways to make things better and share your knowledge with the teamYou'll define procedures and best practices for internal knowledge baseYou will lead transformative IT projects, improving hardware management and employee transitionsWhat we look forYou have a degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of working experienceKnowledge of automation platforms is a big plusYou are familiar with common apps like Google Workspace and SlackYou'll need to figure out complex issuesYou have knowledge of some scripting languages like Python is helpfulYou have knowledge of Jira & Confluence and tools like Intune and Kandji is necessaryYou have familiarity with regulations like SOC2 and ISOBuilding API integrations is a bonusIAM Knowledge: Understanding of identity and access managementYou have Okta and other certificationsMentor: You'll help mentor other IT staffWhen you join Sysdig, you can expect:401(k) Retirement Savings PlanMaternity and Parental LeaveMental health support for you and your family through the Modern Health appGreat compensation package and flexible working arrangementsDevelopment opportunitiesWe would love for you to join us!
