About the Company:

for an innovative company, specialized in the IT Security field, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a SENIOR IT MAINTENANCE OPERATOR.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage technical equipment and inventory.

Troubleshooting IT hardware, software and end user support.

Perform end user training.

Backup and restore organization's data files and systems.

Infrastructure deployment & management - laptops, desktops, mobile devices, tablets, printers, including installation, configuration and upgrade.

Perform cleaning and minor desktop hardware repair for PC equipment, peripherals, printers and other hardware elements that aren't covered under warranty or by a 3rd party maintenance agreement.

Must have:

A good understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a keen willingness to learn new technology and to train on new skills.

Technical knowledge in Networking.

Experience in LAN, WAN, DC networking, Cloud Networking environments, different Operating Systems and Applications.

Technical knowledge in Windows, Linux, MacOS, mobile administration.

Technical knowledge in IPSEC and/or VPN solutions.

Technical knowledge in administration and operation of perimeter security devices (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, UTMs, VPN concentrators, Proxies, Content filtering, network antivirus and anti-spam).

5+ years in the same position.

Fluent English (level B2).

Certifications:

Cisco certifications or equivalents (CCNA, CCNP), Microsoft certifications or equivalents, Linux System Administrator certifications (LPIC-1, LPIC-2), Vendor's certifications. Location:
