IT Security Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the security of our global IT systems and protecting the organization from cyber threats.

This role involves developing and implementing security measures, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, and responding to security incidents across multiple regions.

When necessary, the Sr.

Specialist IT Security Global administers systems, configuring and patching them where necessary. Main responsibilities :Based on the IT Strategy and IT Systems architecture, develop, implement and keep updated security policies, protocols, and procedures. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, also travelling across the different RA locations if necessary. Periodical check monitoring systems to identify unusual activity and potential threats. Respond to security breaches and lead the investigations and mitigations. Lead analysis of IT security incidents, providing mitigations and remedies. Collaborate with IT and other departments globally to enhance security measures. Coordinate periodical meetings with the global departments and IT Operations to align on current cybersecurity maturity level, and agree on actions and next steps. Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices. Be part of Application initiatives, coordinating the IT security topics, providing suggestions and being the gate to pass before top start the implementation process. Coordinate global and targeted phishing campaigns, and report the results and proposed countermeasures to the open points. Administer the IT Security tool for the RA Division. Increase the awareness of IT and Business about Cybersecurity, also with communication campaigns targeting the end users. How to convince usBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or an equivalent experience. Proven experience as an IT Security Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of IT security protocols, systems, and applications. Excellent IT Infrastructure background, networking, firewalling, linux, windows environment administration, CA environment, and servers. Experience with security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e. G. , GDPR, ISO 27001). Excellent knowledge of English (minimum B2). Relevant certifications (e. G. , CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus. Willingness to travel (driving license B). Well-developed interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving thinking, ability to plan efficiently the workload, ability to prioritize work cohesion and encourage collaboration within the team complete the profile.
