Senior IT Service Management Consultant: HSPI, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Senior Consultant, expert in IT Service Management, to start a collaboration on a freelance basis (Partita IVA). The resource will be integrated into one of our major clients in the Energy sector for a 12 month project.

Main Responsibilities: Analysis and Optimization of IT Service Management Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement in IT service management processes and support client stakeholders in adopting solutions. Management and Monitoring of IT Events: Analyze and monitor IT events in operation, ensuring proper management of tickets (incident, problem, change) in both infrastructure and application contexts. Coordination of Existing Teams: Lead meetings and actively collaborate with team leaders to ensure effective communication flows and the timely resolution of events. Support for ITSM Tool Usage: Facilitate the use of the HP Service Manager tool by the teams, promoting the adoption of best ITIL practices. Required Skills: Previous experience in ITSM of at least 3 years. Experience in managing and analyzing IT events in infrastructure and applications. Design of IT event management processes. ITIL Certification. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the HP Service Manager application. What HSPI offers: A stimulating and dynamic work environment.
