Location:null, Italy Role:Senior Java Developer Work Location:Full remote from Italy Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using the latest versions of Java.

Collaborate with the development team to create innovative and scalable solutions in complex environments.

Implement microservices architectures and use the Spring framework to develop robust and high-performance applications.

Participate in defining technical and functional requirements, working closely with business teams and other stakeholders.

Conduct code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to development standards.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

Apply Agile methodology for project management, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.

Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in software development with Java.

Excellent knowledge of Spring Boot and the microservices paradigm.

Practical experience with Kafka for messaging system management.

Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.

Experience with version control tools such as Git.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
