As Senior Key Account Manager within our Italian account management team, your overall objectives are:
Retain and develop profitable and/or strategically important clientsDevelop and successfully manage a joint business plan with clientsEnsure adherence to all contractual obligationsDevelop an internal strategy for each account via the diagnostic tool in CRMTake responsibility for nationally-contracted commitments as part of a regional/global agreementWork with clients to ensure objectives of travel policy are metReview service configuration using internal resourcesImprove profitability and customer contributionBring value to the customer at all times and seek more billable opportunitiesProactively seek new commercial opportunities for CWT including up-selling and cross-sellingRenegotiate financial arrangements as necessary
