NXP Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) is the Go-to-Market organization for NXP's business units. We own the customer relationships and ensure customers' needs are met while achieving NXP growth ambitions by identifying and creating opportunities for customers to innovate in focused markets using NXP's diverse product portfolio. NXP's EMEA Sales Organization is looking for high-energy, competitive, and self-motivated sales professionals who are interested in being part of a talented international sales team, engaging with customers in deploying the latest technologies. Your Responsibilities Develop and execute Key Accounts strategies to influence and maximize profitable NXP sales at leading Industrial & Automotive customers in Italy in strategic growth areas such as Electrical/Electronics, UWB, Electrification & Vehicle Connectivity, Factory Automation, Power & Energy, and Home & Building Automation. Identify concrete areas of cooperation working with NXP experts and translate these into contracts to negotiate win-win outcomes with customers. Develop appropriate system proposals in close cooperation and communication with NXP's sales and field application engineering teams as well as responsible NXP business lines. Drive new product definition together with customers and respective NXP Business Lines to secure NXP's long-term success in this key market segment. Understand the customer's vision and strategy, opportunities, and issues, both short and long term. Understand formal & informal hierarchy, decision-makers, and collect insights at the customer. Establish and develop strategic relationships within the account at all management levels. Be measured on the growth of NXP sales and new design wins in your territory. Your Profile Electrical engineering degree or similar, with knowledge about Electronic/Semiconductor products in the Automotive &/or Industrial environment. Minimum of 10 years work experience in semiconductor technical sales or field applications engineering. Customer and business focus, with flexibility, motivation, and networking ability at all management levels. Ability to explain complex technical contents in a convincing manner appropriate to the level of the business partner. Analytical skills to extract key customer requirements and communicate these internally to relevant Business Lines. Proven track record of success in a challenging business environment. Ability to maintain technical expertise/competence with ever-changing technology. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in both Italian and English. Team player in a global and multi-cultural environment. Willingness to travel (majority domestic). J-18808-Ljbffr
