Lead the Legal Strategy for a Leading Renewable Energy Company Head of Legal Opportunity - €Excellent + Bonus The Company: An Independent Power Producer focused on developing and managing large-scale renewable energy projects, backed by a leading global investment firm, with a strong track record in energy and infrastructure investments.

Key Responsibilities: Lead legal strategy, ensuring compliance with Italian and European regulations in renewable energy.

Negotiate and manage contracts, including EPC, O&M, PPAs, and project financing agreements.

Oversee permitting, land acquisition, and regulatory approvals.

Support project financing, M&A transactions, and corporate governance.

Advise on risk management, disputes, and compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Collaborate with internal teams, investors, and external counsel to drive project success.

The Candidate: Qualified lawyer in Italy, with 6+ years of experience in energy, infrastructure, or construction law.

Strong expertise in project finance, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

Skilled negotiator with experience in high-value contracts and international transactions.

Fluent in Italian and English, with the ability to engage at board level.
