Senior Legal Counsel Our client, a global leader in energy management and industrial automation, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal and compliance support across its operations.

With a strong focus on smart energy solutions, industrial automation, and sustainability, this company plays a key role in optimising energy use for businesses worldwide.

In this role, you'll be the go-to legal expert for negotiating and drafting distribution agreements, wholesaler contracts, and sales partner agreements, ensuring compliance with competition and antitrust regulations across international markets.

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for products, services, and software across various sales channels (wholesalers, switchgear manufacturers, OEMs, etc.

)Provide competition and antitrust regulatory advice for distribution and channel operations. Develop and maintain contract templates and legal documentation. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks, contributing to policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies. Deliver legal training and support compliance programs, with a focus on distribution and channel sales. Provide general legal support as required by legal management. Qualifications & Skills: Fully qualified lawyer with a Master/Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent. Fluent in English and Italian (written and verbal) with strong technical proficiency. Experience in an international corporate environment, preferably in-house. Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills. Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of work. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Business-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
