Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and manage contracts, including EPC, O&M, and regulatory agreements.

Advise on corporate governance, ensuring compliance with UK laws.

Engage with authorities and regulators to secure approvals.

Provide strategic legal guidance on projects and risk management.

Oversee dispute resolution and arbitration.

Manage legal matters related to general contractors and regulatory authorities. The Candidate: Qualified solicitor in Italy or relevant jurisdiction with 6+ years of experience.

Expertise in energy, construction, and regulatory law.

Strong knowledge of UK legal frameworks.

Experience advising at a group or board level.

Skilled negotiator with international project exposure.
