Collaborate with the executive director and other stakeholders to determine advertising needs and implement effective solutions.

Meet monthly sales activity standards, including follow-up calls, professional sales calls, event planning, and monthly lead bank mailings.

Requirements Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of Navion Senior Solutions offerings.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
