We are looking for a Senior Localization Project Manager for our Enterprise clients who will manage translation projects, work with translators and directly with our top clients in the digital space, covering the San Francisco working hours (8am-5pm PT). The Senior Project Manager will also lead a small team of Project Managers covering the same working hours. What You'll Do  As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee service delivery for one or more clients, ensuring satisfaction across the full spectrum of services. You will manage projects, coordinate production, and anticipate client needs while serving as the main project management contact. Additionally, you will lead a team of Project Managers, providing resources and guidance to maintain efficiency, scalability, and profitability. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee the entire service offering for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery (OTD). Coordinate the team of Project Managers for assigned clients, ensuring they implement agreed-upon processes to guarantee efficiency, scalability, and profitability for the company. Directly manage complex and/or strategic projects during onboarding, launches, and throughout the collaboration with clients. Serve as the primary PjM point of contact with clients, attending meetings and presenting production data and improvement plans during business reviews. Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Efficiently manage a team of Project Managers, including training and growth opportunities. This position will include the possibility to work on holidays and/or weekends, if necessary. To foster a stronger bond with the rest of the Enterprise Project Management team, the resource will be periodically required to temporarily switch to the standard 9am-6pm shifts in our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome (Italy). Requirements 3+ years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management. Knowledge of the localization process and CAT-tools. Proven experience in people management. Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability. Comfortable navigating in an environment with ambiguity and fluidity. Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering information in a concise, fact-based, and informative manner. Capable of simplifying complex information. Boasts outstanding organizational skills, excelling in prioritization and managing competing demands. Enthusiastic about achieving excellence and maintaining a sharp focus on detail. Thrives in a highly collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success. We offer: a full-time employee position, working the night shift from our Rome offices. The position requires working a night shift (5pm to 2am CET/CEST) and the salary will include the allowance due for the night work. This position requires daily in-office presence, so we are unable to accommodate fully remote work. However, we value flexibility and offer the opportunity to work up to 48 days remotely per year, allowing for a balanced and adaptable work experience.
