Specifically, when you join the People & Change Team in Milan, you will also join our rapidly-growing team of young talent, who stand out for the quality and impact of their innovative projects on people. You will be involved in key transformation projects for large Italian and international clients, liaising directly with senior management of companies at the top of their sector.
