Job Description: Your Tasks As a project manager, you place the topic of renewal of insurance core systems on the market.

You support our customers in the digital transformation of their core business by introducing new core systems or switching to an industry platform.

You define future-proof, functional and technical architectures with a focus on core insurance applications.

As management consultant, you advise our clients on their core platform strategy and are responsible for building and expanding your team and client base.

You analyze the business requirements for the insurance core processes and define the solution design based on the target platform.

You analyze business requirements and develop the solution design yourself, including subsequent coordination with the respective business and IT departments.

Your Profile You have profound professional experience in management consulting or in an insurance company (ideally in-house consulting).

You have extensive project management skills (preferably agile) as well as skills in the organization and moderation of workshops.

You have a leadership attitude and experience.

You have a proven track record in business development and/or sales.

You possess comprehensive knowledge of insurance core processes and solutions.

You have strong analytical and methodological skills.

You are willing to travel within Europe.

You have business fluency in English.

You have an open mindset and fun at work.
