We are looking for a Senior Manager Digital Content (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Duties Responsibilities Lead the full digital content production and drive the Project Managers (PM) to create innovative and bespoke content for the customers.

Maintain constant knowledge of the market offer and research new technical solutions to upgrade Infront's offerings to its partners.

Participate in discussions with customers and receive the first brief about the definition of the Content Plan.

Define the feasibility of the project by analyzing the costs and resources involved.

Design the big picture of the project, understanding the needs and ensuring feasibility within the available budget.

Lead the team of Project Managers to follow the same production pattern for each project while maintaining quality and production style.

Define a shared vision of the quality of the content and a shared route to run the project.

Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in a similar function or related field.

First degree (undergraduate) or an advanced vocational qualification.

Technical Skills Background in content production (videomaking, post-production).

Understanding of the efforts and resources needed for content production.

Proven leadership.

Strong knowledge of the visual communication environment.

Interest in social media and new technologies.

Good relationship skills.

Team spirit.

Strong ability to manage last-minute requests.

Fast thinking: ability in problem solving.

Languages Italian (native).

English (Advanced).

Another language is a plus.
