Job Description:Your Tasks Manage the integration into the Mutares finance and reporting processes of our portfolio companies on-site and support the Operations finance workstream.

Work closely with the CFO, the local finance team, as well as the Mutares restructuring team on site and the Mutares Group finance team of the Holding.

Manage the financial integration of new acquisitions into the Mutares Group (e. g. , establish opening balance, manage PPA, perform IFRS conversion).

Manage and improve financial statement closing and other finance/controlling processes while establishing a well-functioning finance organisation in the portfolio company.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit processes.

Your Profile At least 4 years of experience in management consulting or a Big4 consulting firm (preferably with restructuring experience) or in the controlling/finance department of an industry firm.

Finance-related degree from a reputable university or business school.

Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or other ERP systems or LucaNet is a plus.

Business fluent in German and French.

Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
