Senior Manager - Insurance

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES Development and management of projects related to the strategic and commercial planning of insurance companies and groups Design and formalization of design and macro-requirements for the implementation of software solutions Management and coordination of complex projects and composite workgroups Business development and activation of new opportunities MAIN REQUIREMENTS: In-depth knowledge of the insurance market and products Mastery of the regulatory and legal framework of the insurance sector with a specific focus on commercial, distribution, and product-related issues PMO skills in both waterfall and agile methodologies Experience in gathering business requirements from clients and coordinating internal resources (both business analysts and developers) Experience in complex projects of analysis and implementation of software platforms supporting wealth management is a preferential element TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Master's degree with high grades in economic/financial, statistical, or management engineering disciplines, or related master's programs Previous experience of 6-10 years in insurance companies/financial institutions in the insurance sector and/or consulting firms with involvement in projects for the insurance market A good knowledge of English is essential, and knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated SOFT SKILLS: Problem solving and analytical skills Communication Organization of one's own work Time management WORKPLACE: Bologna WHAT WE OFFER: COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFIT Our history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
