With locations across North America, Europe, and Asia, Chainalytics serves companies globally in a borderless fashion. The Integrated Demand and Supply Planning (IDSP) practice of Chainalytics assists clients with creating more value out of their supply chain by improving their planning.
For example, we support clients with implementing state-of-the art planning technologies (like e. g.
o9 and BlueYonder), and we improve their forecast accuracy by using Artificial Intelligent (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies (like e. g.
DataRobot, R and Python). Beside technology implementations and data analytics our professionals work closely with clients on initiatives to balance demand and supply by helping them design their demand and supply planning processes, and ultimately, implement the executive S&OP process.
For example, we make important trade-offs between inventories, costs and service transparent.
This allows companies to determine their optimal in this so-called Balancing Act. JOB DESCRIPTION As a Senior Manager in the IDSP practice at Chainalytics, you join a team that help improving supply chain planning capabilities for the worlds largest and most dynamic firms.

The work will be performed at the customer premises, in our offices or from home office.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead supply chain planning transformations as the project manager.
Take care of planning project timeline & activities, allocate roles & responsibilities, budget monitoring & reporting, identify problems before they happen & course correct. Work closely with the solution architect to design, develop, and integrate material for client presentations Work closely with other team members to execute the methodology, performing certain tasks directly and delegating other tasks to consultants/analysts Develop and maintain positive client relationships Identify and communicate ways to improve Chainalytics solutions Interface with the client to acquire business data, information and insights Support creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc. )
that support Chainalytics overall brand and positioningSKILLS Impeccable integrity, passion for supply chain consulting, creative, and energetic Ability to work creatively and analytically, both independently and in a problem-solving team-oriented environment Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsQUALIFICATIONS Masters degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or Transportation and Logistics Relevant experience in planning transformations with minimum of 10 years experience Experience in implementing planning solutions (like e. g.
o9, BlueYonder) Experience in supply chain consulting, especially in project management Excellent client communication skills and experience Have superior and creative problem-solving skillsSenior Managers at Chainalytics must be comfortable operating in these roles:
