The role We are looking for highly skilled

Senior Managers

specialized in lending processes, with a strong focus on

mortgage and installment financing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in credit process design, risk assessment, and digital lending transformation, combined with a thorough understanding of market solutions, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry benchmarks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Risk Management, and Compliance, to develop and deploy next-generation lending platforms.

Conduct business process analysis (BPA) and identify opportunities for optimization within the loan origination, underwriting, and credit decisioning workflows.

Design and implement target operating models, bridging the gap between the current (As-Is) and the future (To-Be) lending ecosystem.

Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and clustering, leveraging frameworks like MoSCoW, Kano Model, or Design Thinking.

Ensure seamless integration of loan origination systems (LOS), credit scoring models, and risk management platforms.

Provide strategic guidance on compliance with regulatory mandates, ensuring that credit processes align with evolving legal landscapes.

Support change management initiatives, conducting training sessions and promoting best practices within the organization.

Required Skills & Expertise Experience in implementing or modernizing lending platforms.

Strong capabilities in Project Management (Agile/Waterfall) for end-to-end digital transformation projects.

Familiarity with regulatory reporting tools and compliance monitoring solutions.

Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration between business and IT teams.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
