We are looking for a Department Manager Logistics (m/f/d) for our warehouse in Italy, in the province of Milan, in Settala.

Our Logistics Department has the crucial role of planning, managing and handling the products sold through our e-commerce site REDCARE. IT with the aim of offering our consumers a fast service perfectly in line with their needs.

Then join our team! About the role In this challenging job you have a highly diverse range of tasks, you will be responsible for people, operations, internal service levels, process improvements.

You make sure that all activities within your department are executed in an effective manner.

In order to do so you will coach and mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality and productivity and initiate projects to optimise processes.

What you will do Lead, motivate, support and develop your team (approx.
