Our Logistics Department has the crucial role of planning, managing and handling the products sold through our e-commerce site REDCARE. Then join our team About the role In this challenging job, you will have a highly diverse range of tasks. You will be responsible for people, operations, internal service levels, and process improvements. You will ensure that all activities within your department are executed effectively. To do so, you will coach and mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality and productivity, and initiate projects to optimise processes. What you will do Lead, motivate, support, and develop your team (approx. 40 – 60 FTE and 2-4 direct reports depending on department). Ensure all operational processes are executed in the best possible way to achieve our goals. Support the implementation of new systems and processes to develop sustainable and effective solutions to meet our business objectives. Responsible for planning of staff, holidays, and resources. About you You have a proven track record within logistics and leadership experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment. You lead by example (People manager) and are good with numbers and quick decision-making. You have a Master's Degree. You are highly service and customer-oriented. You have an entrepreneurial mindset regarding production and process optimisation as well as implementing efficiency improvements and changes. You are familiar with key performance indicators and can use them to efficiently manage your department. You are analytical. You have very good IT user skills, especially excellent Excel skills. You have excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken. You are a committed, team-oriented personality with the ability to motivate others; you are persistent and decisive.
