Senior Manager Partner Marketing, Emea
Position Overview You will lead a team of regional partner marketing managers, collaborating with important partners and leadership to ensure business expectations are met. You will help grow partner marketing programs, balancing the needs of top tier partners and programs, while building a model that scales for growing partner ecosystem. We ask that you will be a trusted partner for sales, finance, customer success, legal, and marketing teams to create support and accelerate company-wide results.
You will collaborate with multiple marketing teams, including demand generation, growth marketing, industry marketing, and digital marketing. This collaboration will help implement partner marketing plans aimed at maximizing revenue.
You will report to the Global Partner Marketing Director.
This role is hybrid—you can use our office spaces but are not required to come in a specific number of days per week. You may occasionally attend an office-based meeting or workshop.
Responsibilities Manage the Partner Marketing team to lead strategic value and develop skills necessary for successFoster connections and collaboration with other teams, including channel sales and marketingOversee program management by launching and managing partner marketing programs, ensuring compliance with guidelinesDesign and implement metrics to measure business growth, partner effectiveness, and return on investmentCoordinate partner campaigns and assets with industry marketingLead annual and quarterly regional planning and reviewsManage GEO/Country budgets, performance analysis (POP/Return on investment), compliance audits, and gap analysisEnsure effective communication and training within the partner marketing frameworkMinimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing, with at least 3+ years of experience working in a partner marketing team, partner, or distributorExperience preparing quarterly and yearly marketing planMeasurable success in growing partner business and engagementExecutive Relationships: Build executive relationships with partner C-level executivesCollaborate with remote teams and adapting to changing prioritiesSimplify complex technical conceptsExperience developing partner programs/proceduresCreate compelling business cases to secure internal and external support for marketing programsCoordination: Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple departmentsExcellent program management skillsExcellent project management skillsExperience managing marketing budgets within a partner marketing settingPartner management experienceTeam management experience: Experience recruiting and managing a teamBachelor's degree in related field such as business or marketingTravel is required 20% of timeAbout Autodesk

Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
