YOU WILL VIBE WITH US The ideal candidate is a Senior Marketing Data Analyst capable of transforming data into strategic insights and supporting marketing decisions through advanced analysis and automation.
The ideal person has solid experience in marketing data analysis, project management, and optimizing campaigns through Marketing Automation and Business Intelligence tools.
Main Responsibilities: Analysis and Reporting: Collect, process, and analyze marketing data (digital and offline) to optimize campaign performance. Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize automated communication flows (e. g. , email marketing, lead nurturing, CRM). Data Strategy: Define KPIs, develop dashboards, and create advanced reports for monitoring marketing and product performance. Customer Insights: Analyze user behavior and lifecycle to improve acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies. Project Management: Coordinate data-driven marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams (CRM, Product, Content, IT) and external partners (agencies, suppliers). WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

Minimum Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital companies or consulting. Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related fields. Excellent knowledge of SQL, Excel, Google Analytics 4, Tableau/Power BI, and Marketing Automation tools (e. g. , HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo). Knowledge of A/B testing techniques, attribution modeling, predictive analytics. Experience in managing marketing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Good knowledge of the English language. Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for decision-makers. Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills. Nice to have: Predictive Modeling: Apply data science and machine learning techniques to improve targeting and segmentation.
