(Senior) Marketing Expert - Italy (m/f/d) Your mission Ownership: You are responsible for our marketing efforts in Italy. Execution: Execute our innovative regional marketing strategies by planning, researching, and driving the strategies forward. Cooperation: Work closely with the Country Manager, Sales Team, Central Marketing Team, and external Agencies to scale the Italian market. Managing: Create and manage high-impact marketing campaigns tailored to the automotive and dealership industry, focusing on customer acquisition and retention by managing budgets, timelines, and external agencies for smooth delivery of all marketing activities. Communications Strategy: Play an active role in the further development and implementation of our Local PR & Social Media strategy. Partnerships: Identify opportunities for co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to increase brand visibility. Events: Plan and execute impactful events and trade fairs to build relationships, strengthen brand awareness, and generate leads. Marketing Materials: Craft compelling newsletters, case studies, blog posts, and whitepapers designed to engage our target audience. KPIs: Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics, using data to optimize strategies and drive results. Your profile You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or the automotive industry. You have experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies; a proven track record in ABM is a strong plus. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You are fluent in Italian and English; additional languages such as German or Spanish are a plus. You are highly analytical and have a proven track record of using data to inform decision-making.
