We Are Hiring: Artificial Intelligence BE Developer We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven systems at Spoki. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, building intelligent solutions that leverage WhatsApp as the primary channel for hyper-personalized customer communications, sentiment analysis, and automated decision-making. You will play a critical role in defining the architecture and driving innovation to integrate artificial intelligence into our Conversational Platform. Key Responsibilities Adopt and Develop AI Solutions Evaluate and implement the most suitable AI platforms and technologies to address WhatsApp-based customer communication, cCommerce, and personalization needs. Deploy advanced AI-driven agents to interpret user intent accurately, manage conversational flows, and deliver personalized responses across text, audio, and video interactions. Utilize cutting-edge models to generate engaging and contextually relevant audio and video content. Combine real-time sentiment analysis with dynamic flow generation to adapt interactions based on user emotions and behavior. Transform WhatsApp into a robust conversational commerce platform by integrating personalized product recommendations and seamless payment processes. Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously refining the AI strategy. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by guiding and coaching team members. Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, and efficient, capable of handling high-volume WhatsApp traffic. Our Ideal Profile 5 years of experience in AI development, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. Comfortable evaluating both off-the-shelf and custom-built AI tools. Familiarity with cCommerce fundamentals. Experience building AI agents capable of interpreting user intent and delivering personalized flows. Skilled in leveraging data insights to optimize interactions. Strong communicator who can partner with cross-functional teams. Forward-thinking and hands-on, with a lean approach to experimentation.
