What you'll be doing… The successful candidate will be working as a hybrid staff member out of our Florence office, in a hands-on capacity within the Reveal Tribe group and will be responsible for engineering and maintaining features and components for our suite of mobile apps. Emphasis in the role will be focused on iOS Development.

Participating in product feature implementation, both independently and in cooperation with your cross-functional teamImplementing changes and new features in a manner which promotes efficient, reusable and performant codeLiaising with product stakeholders and other teams in the organization to complete the projects on time and to the highest quality standardsParticipating in peer code reviews, manage criteria applied during code reviewsInvestigating technical issues during the full development lifecycleProviding effort estimations for the individual and team assignmentsCoaching and mentoring less experienced members of the teamWhat we're looking for. . . You'll need to have:

Experience in agile/lean methodologies and processes (ideally Kanban), leading process improvements and engineering disciplinesAbility to lead systems analysis with application design individually and with an architecture team to deliver detailed application specificationsExperience mentoring junior developersExperience working in larger project and team environments with product, application support and operations teamsDemonstrated delivery of major projects with a focus on quality and productivity in a CI/CD environmentBachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or the equivalent experience. Expertise in SwiftExperience in build and release of applications to the App StoreExperience developing reusable frameworksExperience with Swift UIExpertise in standard industry software development practicesExperience using MVP, MVVM and/or Protocol Oriented ProgrammingExpertise in iOS Cocoa Touch FrameworkExpertise writing unit tests as part of development cycleExperience of Gitflow, code review processes and build pipelinesCurrent knowledge of the latest developments in the iOS ecosystemExperience working with RESTful APIs with input to their designKnowledge of mobile security concernsEven better if you have:

Excellent communication skills both written and oral - with experience in presenting to engineering and product groups. A strong interest in new and emerging technologies and the ability to drive technical changeDemonstrated ability to lead and /or guide a teamExperience with customer-facing apps, with an emphasis on usabilityExpertise in Objective CAbility to contribute to Android development projectsUnderstanding of back-end systems, particularly. NET and AWS servicesExposure to TDD and/or BDDAn innovative mindsetWhere you'll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
