If you're passionate about shaping the future of digital experiences and enjoy working on groundbreaking projects, we'd love to hear from you Job title: Senior Motion Designer Job Location: Milan city center (Duomo area) Senior Motion Designer in a nutshell At Milan Aesthetic Research Center we are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our multidisciplinary design team based in Milan. The team's mission is to explore and develop innovative aesthetic solutions for the Harmony Operating System and all Huawei devices. What will be your main responsibilities? Collaborate with designers, 3D Artists and developers to conceptualize and design stunning animations Create high quality animations for digital interfaces, ensuring consistency and scalability across different devices/platforms Focus on motion design exploration and research to push the boundaries of design for the HarmonyOS ecosystem Contribute to the art direction of projects and interpret abstract ideas to create compelling animations What are the skills required for this position? 6 years of experience as Motion Designer Strong knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite Strong portfolio showcasing advanced Motion Design skills and creativity A deep interest in technology and a passion for exploring cutting-edge design trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A team player who can also work independently, with a positive and proactive attitude. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Willingness to work in a multicultural and international environment. Other Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of 3D (e. g. Blender) and UI/UX design tools (e. g.
