Overseeing both Regional Sales Managers (8) and a Support Team (6), you'll work with the Executive Leadership Team to optimize this division's dealer channel and go to market strategy. They're looking for someone who not only understands the wholesale model but also embraces all pathways to get to a customer. Someone who can keep their dealer network engaged while strategizing more progressive ways to go to market through a more OEM direct selling and delivery process in cooperation with a dealer group. You'll play a key role during a time of transformation. Given the scope of the role, they're looking for leaders who want to build with them. Someone who craves having a seat at the table rather than being the executor of someone else's vision. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with division objectives Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities Build monthly and quarterly retail & wholesale programs Manage a high-performing sales team (14) and drive individual accountability Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealer partners Provide solutions to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, monitor performance against targets Work with marketing teams on Voice of Customer research to adjust sales strategies Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales activities with overall business objectives Implement sales enablement initiatives to increase efficiency and expand market share Qualifications 3 years of experience building and overseeing high-performance field sales teams required 5 years of managing equipment sales through independent dealers required Strong background creating retail and wholesale promotional programs required Proven track record of leading dealer programs and expanding dealer networks required Willingness and ability to travel 50-60% (typically by air) J-18808-Ljbffr
