Role Purpose To lead Governance and deliver the Policy Making for Group Networks across One network organization; support other Vodafone entity like Technology Assurance and Audit ensuring the adoption of Policy across Vodafone Networks.

To drive Network organization to achieve the risk tolerance targets and objectives as set by the Board.

To support Network first line of defence entities in completing action plans arising from the End to End resilience reviews.

To keep aware all the internal and external stakeholders about Global Technology Resilience Policy and related annexes.

To develop and keep up to date Network Specifications Guidelines for Network Resilience.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a mobile operator environment in the fields of Mobile 2G/3G/4G/5G, Cloud, Services, Technology Centre Design. Experience in an OpCo or Group in roles within Network teams such Design, Deployment, Planning, Strategy or Operations. Experience in leading international programmes dealing with both Group and Opco teams and suppliers. Excellent analytical skills (analysing technical documentation, network performance reports, financial data, etc.

)Work in agile delivery model able to assess and summarise complex technical details in executive papers, slides, specifications to be conveyed to markets, Group teams and Senior management. Experience in presenting and interacting at management level. Able to work on multilocation, multinational and multicultural environment. Must have technical / professional qualificationsTechnical expertise in Network technologies and Standards incl.

2G/3G/4G/5G, Technology Centre, Site Infrastructure. E2E knowledge of mobile network architecture. Deep knowledge on RAN, Core, Cloud architectures. Knowledge of Policy Controls and Risk Assessment modelsProject management and Finance skillsGood PowerPoint skills. University master's degree in Engineering
