You will coordinate team activities during the shift, guide technicians, guarantee a high level of equipment availability, and ensure health and safety standards regulations are applied. What you will be doing: Lead the team, develop technicians within the team. Guarantee high equipment availability for Operations (internal customer). Coordinate planned preventive/corrective maintenance on MHE Equipment. Use CMMS to plan/execute preventive and corrective maintenance and manage inventory of spare parts. Ensure health and safety standards regulations are applied. Provide engineering expertise for Multi-Functional Facility & Sort Systems related equipment maintenance; provide technical support for automated sort systems; develop improvements & enhancements to existing equipment; resolve system problems & troubleshoot. Work in shifts. What do you bring with you: Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in automation or complex systems. Solid foundational knowledge of PLC-based control systems. Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance. Proven ability to supervise and influence others on the team. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workloads. Experience in MHE environments.
