About the Aftersales Department: The Aftersales department of BYD Europe is responsible for all fleet operation, service & maintenance, technical diagnose & analysis and product improvement related topics concerning our full electric buses and trucks.
This includes providing technical support to our customers and service providers and continuous feedback to HQ and R&D teams internally for product improvement.
The main objective of the Aftersales department is to build a relationship of mutual trust and knowledge with customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction, which will benefit the business and future sales.
The Senior Operations Support Specialist in the Aftersales Department plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of aftersales services. This position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are done with great precision, coordinating with various teams, analyzing performance metrics, and driving process improvements. The role requires a deep understanding of aftersales services and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities: Manage all accounting transactions;Prepare budget forecasts;Publish financial statements on time;Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;Reconcile accounts payable and receivable;Ensure timely bank payments;Compute taxes and prepare tax returns;
