We are Envoria, a GreenTech startup from Munich and we're offering a smart SaaS solution that enables companies to comply with all European ESG regulations, including EU Taxonomy, ESRS or CSRD.
As we grow and expand to foreign markets, we are now looking for a (Senior) Partner Manager (m/f/d) to support us in setting up and expanding our strategic partnerships in Italy.
Good to know:
Your place of residence has to be in Italy (preferably in Milan); your work environment is 100% home-office, your employment contract is processed via an EOR.
The following language combinations are required: Italian (C2) - English (C1)

Italian (C2) - German (C1)
Your Tasks You develop and execute strategies for partner acquisition in Italy, identify potential new partners and convince them of the benefits of a partnership with Envoria.
You are a pioneer for developing the Italian market and establish a network of partners who sell and implement our software.
You maintain long-term relationships with our partners to ensure lasting and sustainable collaborations.
You represent Envoria at relevant industry events, panel discussions, conferences, and trade fairs; both virtually and on site.
You ensure smooth project controlling as an interface between partners, Envoria, and end customers to achieve the agreed goals.
You manage your processes independently; from the initial contact, through the negotiation of the framework agreement, to the final 'win' and ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success and the back office.
You engage in the translation of supporting material, i. e. articles, guidelines, communications between business units.
Your Profile You have a real hands-on mentality: You want to actively advance your topics and are not interested in day-to-day 'business as usual. '
You are familiar with the Italian sustainability market, as well as Italian business practices and cultural characteristics.
You have a positive attitude, charisma, and strong argumentation skills.
You have professional experience in at least one of the following areas: B2B sales, key accounting, or consulting.
Audit and (Software) Project Management.
(Sustainability) software solutions, preferably in a startup environment.
ESG (EU regulations [CSRD, ESRS, EU taxonomy, GHG Standards Protocol, Emissions Management, Supply Chain Management] in particular).
You speak Italian at a native level and either English or German at C1 level.
