We are looking for a qualified Senior Partnerships Executive to join our Club.

The Role: The Senior Partnerships Executive will be part of the Commercial Department and will report to the Partnerships Manager.

Setting the strategic direction for assigned partners portfolio of AC Milan including activation planning, asset optimization and inventory management in close liaison with the Commercial Strategy area.

Main Responsibilities: Management of global partnerships activation of AC Milan; Overseeing the global partnership fulfillment and ROI & ROO delivery for the global assigned; Supporting renewal efforts of the global partnership portfolio in liaison with the global sales team, guaranteeing a continuous commercial growth; Setting the strategic direction for assigned partners portfolio of AC Milan including activation planning, asset optimization and inventory management in close liaison with the Partnership Strategy area; Development of partnership related processes including activation & matchday reporting as well as development of best practice examples; Responsibility for Partnership Operations including year-round event activities, Partner Summits and matchday activities; Budget responsibility for the partnership portfolio of AC Milan; Presence during home & selected away games required/willingness to frequently travel to see partners and attend events Professional Requirements: University degree; Excellent organizational and planning skills; More than 3+ years in the sports industry or similar; Brand management experience; Experience to deal with C-Level decision makers; Experience to manage clients; Project management and organizational leadership skills; Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; Strong interpersonal relationship skills with a feeling for cultural nuances ; Experience in supporting contractual negotiations; Proven problem solver and conflict manager Personal Strengths: Attention to details; Reliable and trustworthy; Ability to work independently, entrepreneurial mindset; Excellent negotiation skills; Exceptional relationship building skills, confident when speaking to external senior stakeholders; Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities; Passion for the world of football This position is based in Milan at the AC Milan headquarters Casa Milan.
