We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team. Why this role is important for us:The Senior Payroll Specialist will be part of our creative and inclusive finance team.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes. We value personal growth and professional development, offering opportunities to expand your skills and take on new responsibilities.
You'll work closely with the Head of Finance, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the department's operations while handling complex payroll processes. What you'll be doing:Process payroll data for Italy, France, and Spain (approx.
265 employees). Support all payroll-related benefits, including bonuses, commissions, holidays, and other benefits. Liaise with our outsourced payroll provider and Deloitte on payroll tax matters for employees overseas. Handle standard payroll reporting, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist in preparing payroll-related tax returns. Service Delivery tasks:Manage employee absences, ensuring compliance with local requirements. Ensure accurate employee Time Off balances. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including various insurances and Worklife benefits. Enroll and remove employees from insurance and benefits programs. Manage our fleet of company vehicles. What we value:Proven experience in processing full payroll cycles. Knowledge of tax regulations. Familiarity with accounting systems, ideally WorkDay. Intermediate Excel skills (e. g. , pivot tables, V-lookups). Fluent in English with advanced communication skills; French is advantageous.
