Description Jacobs in Italy is expanding!

We are currently looking for a Senior Piping Coordinator to join our team.

Key duties of the role include: Leading and guiding a team of engineers and designers Lead role for FEED and Detail Engineering projects with exposure to field engineering activities Analyzing the design changes and communicate the impact of changes with respect to budget and project schedule Participation in 3D model reviews Communicating with client and lead offices Mentoring small project leads Ability to add value plus/optimization ideas Undertaking developmental activities like preparation of work instructions/procedures/guidelines Ensuring completion of project within budget, schedule quality Providing superior value and lower cost to the client Contributing to continual improvement in productivity and quality Qualifications Mechanical Engineering degree Minimum 20 years of experience in Piping Department of a big organization Significant knowledge in Piping layout, Pipe routing, Support design, Stress Analysis, PMS/VMS, MTO control, Material requisitions, Bid evaluation and 3D design model reviews Knowledge of international codes Knowledge in PDS/PDMS/SP3D modeling software SPR/Navisworks review Experience in the following fields would be an added advantage: Presentation skills Good leadership quality Revamp project experience ISO Quality Management procedures Management training/course/certification Availability for business trips Experience in the pharmaceutical chemical industry Please submit your resume in English.
