About the Role: Kariera Group recruitment services are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Piping Engineer to join our client in Milan, Italy on a 30-month contract.

Please note the candidate will be required to work on a self-employed/freelance basis.

Responsibilities: Review the Development piping designs, layouts, and specifications.

Provide technical support to other project disciplines.

Evaluate vendor proposals.

Supervise the installation of piping systems and conduct site inspections.

Identify and resolve technical issues, proposing innovative solutions.

Ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations.

Requirements: BSC Degree in oil and gas or equivalent.

Exposure to EIPC or oil and gas industry.

Computer skills: Engineering Design Software (e. g. , AutoCAD), Electrical Simulation Software, Microsoft Office, Power System Analysis Software.

Organizational skills: Time Management, Task management, Planning, Attention to Detail, Communication, Problem-Solving.

Proficiency in both Italian and English languages.

PMP or similar, Certified Engineering Technician CET, Safety Certifications, ASME, API.
