Role Overview:The Senior Construction Planner will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and coordinating with key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:Develop project schedules that cover the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using critical path methodology. Establish clear responsibilities and ownership for project deliverables through Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology. Ensure schedules align with project execution plans, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategies. Implement a structured process for schedule baselining and manage periodic updates. Maintain and oversee an integrated project schedule, structured for review at multiple levels of detail. Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key stakeholders to achieve the best possible project outcomes. Provide regular updates on schedule progress, identifying any risks or delays. Review external schedules to ensure they adhere to best practices in project scheduling. Skills & Experience:Proven experience in project planning and scheduling within the Pharma/Life Science industry. Strong understanding of quantitative risk assessment (QRA), with the ability to interpret and communicate findings effectively. Proficiency in Primavera P6 planning software for schedule development and management. Degree or equivalent experience in project management, construction, or a related field. Highly detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
