Job Title: Senior PLM Developer (Siemens Teamcenter)Location: Milan/Turin/Rome (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite initially, decreasing over time)Type: 6 month rolling contract or permanent positionJob Description:We are looking for a Senior PLM Developer with expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and AMS to join our team.

The Senior Developer will work closely with the Architect and the rest of the team to design, develop, and implement PLM solutions.

This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously while supporting the development of junior team members. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain PLM solutions based on Siemens Teamcenter. Collaborate with architects and team members to implement functional requirements. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PLM systems. Contribute to system design and architecture decisions. Mentor junior developers and assist in technical problem-solving. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that meet client requirements. Required Skills and Experience:Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM and AMS. In-depth knowledge of software development best practices. Excellent programming skills in relevant technologies (Java, C++, or similar). Experience working in agile environments. Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a hybrid team environment.
