In a nutshell, the Production Center boosts business's growth driving efficiencies performance. Purpose of the roleThe Senior Production Manager manages the production of high level spend and strategic projects while facing clients directly supporting both strategy and satisfaction.

The SPM will be also expected to mentor and upskill the Production Managers and, at times, manage the project traffic among other PMs. Escalation within delivery team (but in constant communication with the Client Services team)Manage POS projects/campaigns ensuring timely and high-standard completion. Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver marketing materials on time and to specifications, adhering to SLAs and contractual agreements. Provide technical input and advice on print projects as needed. Take comprehensive briefs from clients and manage projects from inception to completion. Create detailed specifications for internal and external clients. Work as a team to meet contractual obligations, prepare presentations, and complete account administration and reporting. Collaboration with our suppliers to ensure the best service standards. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders at all levelsSupport in operational information processes and Reporting. Accountable for ComplianceNegotiate costings and timescales for each job and select the most appropriate supplierIf necessary and temporarily, the Senior Production Manager could act as an Account Manager back up if required by the business. Skills, knowledge, experience and exposureThe Senior Production Manager will likely have 5+ years of print/POS production management experience.

Relevant project management experience will be also considered positively. Strong industry background will be mandatory. 3-5 years of print / POS production and general operational print experience. Relevant project management or supplier liaison and sourcing experience will also be considered positively. Experience in POS project management; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication, organisational, and technical skills in print processes. Previous experience working in print/ print management/ print buying/ marketing print procurement essentialHas a high level of print, 2D and 3D POS knowledge with a detailed understanding of different techniquesExperience in a client-facing role is essential with the ability to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectationsMindset to navigate the roleAbility to work in a high energy environment, with a good sense of humourHas a project management mind-set and used to running campaignsTemperament for the rolePositive ''can do'' attitude, setting an example for team members.
