This is a critical role responsible for optimizing and improving the production processes of RO membranes, particularly in flat sheet production (Casting & Coating).

As the internal expert, you will serve as the technical reference for the plant management team, collaborating with R&D and Production to ensure the seamless transition of new recipes and processes into mass production. Key Responsibilities:Optimize and improve RO membrane production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Lead process control strategies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to transition new technologies into full-scale manufacturing. Manage investment projects, define machinery and material specifications, and coordinate validation trials. Provide technical guidance to operators and the production team, fostering continuous improvement and training. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in RO membrane production (mixing, casting, coating). Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Six Sigma, TPM, RCA). Experience with process control, project management, and compliance. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
