TotalEnergies will review the received applications, giving care and attention to the values of Diversity and Inclusion. Responsibilities:Troubleshoot technical issues related to plant operations, particularly in water treatment units, propose adequate solutions, and follow up on implementation. Liaise with OneTech specialists when technical support from HQ is required. Ensure compliance with safe work procedures, environmental requirements, and mechanical integrity standards. Review and provide technical content for operating procedures. Identify opportunities to enhance safety, improve environmental safeguards, and reduce GHG emissions. Ensure adherence to technical standards and international norms for modification requests (RFM). Develop and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Heat and Material Balances, and Process Data Sheets & Specifications for process units. Develop and update Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Safety Logic Diagrams based on site modifications or surveys. Perform hydraulic and heat transfer calculations for process units. Conduct sizing calculations for vessels and piping (process part). Execute process simulations using Aspen Plus, Aspen Plus Dynamics, PRO/II, HYSYS, or similar software. Conduct and participate in site surveys related to modification requests. Analyze Process Engineering studies from contractors and vendors. Participate in safety reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, PR, etc. )
when required. Validate and update as-built documentation for process modifications. Support the development of process engineering standards, specifications, guidelines, and procedures. Promote HSE compliance, set an example of professionalism, and report any anomalies. Provide day-to-day coaching to junior process engineers, introducing them to process engineering fundamentals. Qualifications:Education: Master's degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 8 years in process engineering within the Oil & Gas and/or Water Treatment sector. Strong knowledge of process design based on industry standards (API, etc.
). Expertise in Water Treatment with a willingness to further develop knowledge in this area. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In-depth understanding of equipment, instrumentation, and piping specifications and installations. Proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, Aspen Plus Dynamics, PRO/II, HYSYS, etc.
