Job Description Summary: Our Business Process Excellence department, part of Nadara's Transformation Office, is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, in alignment with strategic objectives.
We are looking for a Senior Process Manager who will strongly support Nadara Business Process Excellence and be the main contact point for process improvement initiatives.
You'll be based in Italy, near our Milan office, and will report to the Head of Business Process Excellence.
We operate an Agile Working Policy, where hybrid working is supported, typically 50% on site and 50% remote.
Job Description: Main Responsibilities: Monitor business processes and their performance and give feedback. Analyse and evaluate processes and improvements and their feasibility. Develop improvements for business processes, including mapping current and future state processes, evaluating impacts on organization and IT systems, and implementing process changes, supporting process owners and related teams. Support with planning, budgeting and resource allocation for process improvement projects as well as monitoring projects. Oversee cross-teams working on process improvement projects. Support the delivery of training for new processes. Create documentation of process changes under company standards. Create progress and feedback reports and suggestions for senior executives. Quality assurance for new processes. Communicate with stakeholders about process development. Education & Experience: A bachelor's in economics / engineering or equivalent. At least ten years' experience of working on process excellence in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of process excellence methodologies, techniques and tools e. g.
Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc. We'd love, but not essential: Process Excellence certifications. Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A good relationship builder to work with stakeholders at all levels across the organization. Strong adaptability to a changing company environment. Excellent ability of prioritizing tasks and managing time and resources. Need for minimal supervision. Keen to learn and drive initiatives forward. Fluent in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. We'd love, but not essential: Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
