WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

ADAPT is pioneering Bain's firm-wide efforts to meet unprecedented client demand for digital innovation, new business building, product & service solutions to drive new growth.

We bring together a diverse mix of Innovation Consultants, Designers and Technology specialists to support our clients throughout their digital transformation and innovation journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

research, synthesis, ideation, concept creation, high-fidelity prototyping and testing.

Additionally, you will contribute to strategy, act as the foremost advocate for the power and value of design, and collaborate closely with diverse client stakeholders to ensure buy-in and knowledge transfer.

As a core member to the team you will also help to bring ADAPT to the Importante Azienda level as a business.

This includes supporting the recruitment of new design talent, contributing to design culture and evangelizing our capabilities within the firm.

Weare looking for a highly collaborative, intelligent, ambitious individual with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

You're comfortable with ambiguity and change, and have a passion for making an impact in high stake business environments.

ABOUT YOU

Success in this role will require:

Minimum 2, preferred 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing digital products, services or new ventures (or equivalent experience)

A thorough understanding of UX/UI, Design Thinking and Agile methods

Skillset focus on UX/UI design, visual design, while considering best practices in user-centered design and business objectives

A portfolio of experience that includes data visualization and design of complex systems is preferred.

Knowledge of user research activities (e. g.

interviews, shadowing, usability testing and how to synthesize learnings (e. g.

customer journeys, mindsets, personas and system maps)

Fluency in working with collaboration and the latest prototyping tools (e. g.

Figma, Sketch, Miro, Invision, Adobe CS)

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

A highly ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced client services environment

Fluency in Italian and English

This role requires approximately 20-60% travelling to clients, post-pandemic.

Your home base will be the Bain office in Milan.
