THE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for a Senior Shoes Product Developer to oversee the development of the Shoes collection of the NGG brands from initial concept to final product.

You will report to the Product manager and ensure all products meet cost, quality, and brand objectives. WHAT YOU'LL DOStart follow and oversee the full process of all shoes developmentManage the planning coordination and execution of projects from insights to briefs, through to design, development, costing and commercializationSupervise the process of material sourcing and developmentOversee the planning of seasonal structure to ensure on time delivery of samples and productionLead relationships with suppliers and manufacturers on development projects and together with the production team provide feedback on all productsComplete technical product data sheets and cost sheets as requiredWHO YOU ARE5+ years' experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury fashion brandBachelor's degree in fashiondesign or similar is preferredExcellent knowledge and proven expertise of shoe componentsEstablished portfolio of manufacturers and suppliersExcellent knowledge and use of Adobe package - InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopExcellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and ExcelGood knowledge and use of PLM programs is a plusFluent in English written and spoken this will be tested in the interview processAbility to manage stress and pay close attention to detailExcellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressureAbility to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframesHighly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environmentREWARDS & BENEFITSGreat compensation package (in consideration of your professional experience)Lunch ticketsDiscounts on all NGG brands and partners including FARFETCH and BrownsBe part of a young, dynamic and creative company with over 40 different nationalitiesBrand new headquarters located in the centre of Milan
