YOUR ROLE 

To design and validate high-volume wafer-level test solutions.

Main Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

MEMS Device Know-how:

Understand device architecture, specifications, I/O interfaces, and key aspects for screening and calibration.

HW & SW Design:

Collaborate with Test System Suppliers to design custom hardware and software for product verification and calibration.

HW & SW Validation:

Debug and verify to ensure a high level of accuracy and repeatability.

Transfer to Production Plants:

Introduce validated solutions into production manufacturing plants, meeting all manufacturing constraints, standard requirements, and procedures.

Data Analysis:

Participate in new product introduction by collecting and analyzing data, ensuring statistical results align with expectations, minimizing overkill, optimizing yield, and enhancing test efficiency.

Interface With:

Design: Test implementation and design for testability.

Process Engineering: Test implementation and process validation.

Customer: Test flow definition and data sharing.

Quality/Reliability: Product qualification.

Operations: Test strategy definition and transfer to production.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Master's degree in Electronics, Automation/Mechatronics Engineering, Physical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in programming languages (C/C++ is a must; Python and Matlab are a plus).

3-5 years of experience in high-volume analog/digital test solutions design.

English business proficiency
