Partner with the best The Senior Product Manager will deliver technical, operational, and commercial plans to senior leaders across our Valves business. You will own profitability and growth through Long Range Planning and development of a Multi-Generational Product Plan for the Consolidated, Pressure Relief Valve product portfolio.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

Lead the development and implementation of growth strategies for Consolidated Pressure Relief Valve productsUnderstand current market positions and drive product line(s) to be a global leader in the PRV marketMeet with customers (End Users and EPCs) to obtain direct Voice of Customer (VOC) to clearly understand the customer's product needs (i. e. Product gaps, NPD needs, lead time needs, etc. )Prioritize and define New Product Development (NPD) activities based on market needs and supported by strong business casesDevelop clear go-to-market guidelines, by sales region and industry segment, to maximize profitable growthIdentify adjacent markets that can grow market share and expand SASIdentify and drive cost reduction activities with Engineering, Configuration Management, Sourcing and ManufacturingWork with Sales, Regional Commercial teams and Aftermarket teams to develop and implement aftermarket and channel strategiesEvaluate product competitiveness by assessing competitors' strengths and weaknessesWork with Marketing and Communications to develop materials, programs, and support for productsCommunicate with frequency to core team of stakeholders around the world to ensure clarity of all programs being driven by Product ManagementTravel expectation: 25-40%Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

Have a degree from an accredited university or collegeHave experience with Pressure Relief Valve Product LinesHave experience in Product ManagementHave proven leadership abilities, strong understanding of business fundamentals and financialsUnderstand functional impact to the business, including supply chain and commercial activitiesHave good communication skills and confidence with executive presentationsHave knowledge of PRV markets, customers, and regional requirements including awareness of Technical Regulations & StandardsHave an entrepreneurial spirit to drive growthHave experience leading global teams and cross-functional organizationsBe proficient in PowerPoint and Excel programsWorking with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
