We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join the Translated Product Team in our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome.

You will take care of Product Management for our AI-assisted creators' productivity tools:

Matecat (Translation), Matesub (Subtitling), Matedub (Dubbing).

Some products are already in a post product market fit phase and need mostly product marketing and growth management, some others still require a lot of 1-to-1 discussions with users to find the product-market fit.

Your responsibilities will include:

Understanding and representing user needs.

Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.

Support the upper management on the definition of the vision and implement it.

Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.

Prioritizing product features and capabilities.

Work with various teams (product, design, content, acquisition, sales) to implement strategies

Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

Start alone with a hands-on approach, build methodologies and hire a team.

Report directly to the VP of Product Management, present monthly results to C-Level executives.

**Requirements**:

5+ years of product management experience

Previous experience in product management applied to before market fit stages

Familiar with product marketing and growth management tactics

Strong customer focus - able to identify and differentiate between customers, focuson their needs and engage them through communications activities

Experience in market analysis

Working knowledge of web analytics tools

Excellent attention to detail

Creativity

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
