An amazing number, but we're always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with. The opportunityThe IT professional will be responsible for the support and maintenance of Teva global serialization systems (SAP ATTP Tracelink).

In this role the individual will support global business processes applicable to both internal sites and business functions and external secondary packaging CMOs 3PLs. How you'll spend your dayProvide global application support in accordance with ITSM standards, processes and tools and handling complex issues and requests. Constant development of competencies and knowledge of global strategic platforms and other applications according to needs and requirements. Cooperation with other team members and other teams in Teva to provide better support to the end user. Monitor user needs and propose improvements in work to ensure optimal support. Participation in the creation of procedures, instructions and presentations related to the support of global applications, as needed and agreed. Monitoring of KPIs at the level of a given group of applications and active participation in improvement. Participation in the organization of knowledge transfer and organization of training. Active use and adaptation of tools such as IDM, SNOW, monitoring, knowledge base, internal auxiliary applications for teamwork. Participation in expanding the scope of support, participation in more complex activities. Support project activities according to the needs and requirements of the project team. Promoting organizational values and organizational culture through own behavior and encouraging desired types of behavior in others. Your experience and qualificationsExceptional verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally. English - Proficient level. Experience working with change controls and GxP validation protocols - advantage. In-depth understanding and application of relevant principles, concepts, practices, and standards, along with an in-depth knowledge of industry practices and regulations - advantage.
