From Grupo Planeta , we're looking for a dynamic Senior Program Coordinator (temporary) who focuses on campus recruitment and career orientation, for our Rome Business School , from the division Planeta Formación y Universidades.

This position reports to the current Senior Program Coordinator and providing support to the Academic team in all the daily activities in line with the high-quality standards of the department.

What would be your main responsibilites?

Management of the executive on-campus program coordinators (included trainings); Main interface with the Academic Directors and Managers; Improve the quality of the delivery of the master; Actively participate to the pre and post Quality Process in coordination with the Academic Team and Faculty members; Support the updating of Procedures Manual; Ensure and control the high-quality teaching standard required; Participate in RBS Icon Moves events (i. e.
